Some Puerto Vallarta rentals are large and anonymous, but Casa de Carmen is a small, friendly community where neighbors know one another. Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents is important to us. We have a rooftop terrace that everyone can access–great for enjoying the sunset or relaxing under the shade of an umbrella. The rooftop also has a swimming pool, beach chairs, and a shared open kitchen.
As a courtesy for all residents, quiet hours on the terrace are observed between 10pm and 8am each day.
A bulletin board near the main entrance is always updated with useful information and upcoming neighborhood events. And if you feel like staying home, you can take advantage of our book exchange and free wireless Internet that works throughout the building and terrace.

- There is a bulletin board next to the front door where we post information
about taxi services, house cleaning services, spa and massage, recommended
restaurants, scuba and snorkel, upcoming events, and anything else our
residents want to share.
Bookshelves

We have two bookshelves overflowing with books. We use the “take a book, leave a book” system; residents are free to borrow books, or exchange their own books for new ones.
